On Friday, 23rd of May, 2014, a morning seminar „How to sell company wisely?“ in cooperation with Äripäev, Redgate Capital and Law Firm Borenius took place at Viru hotel.
Ms. Kristel Raidla-Talur, Partner at Attorneys at law Borenius, and Mr. Mairo Kaseväli, the Project Manager at Redgate Capital, were talking about „What to know about the sale of the company?“. Both of them are professionals in their fields and help sellers to make better deals on a daily basis.
A large scale entrepreneur Mr. Indrek Prants talked about his entrepreneural experiences. Indrek, who is currently connected to dozens of companies, has both sold (Säästumarket, Ehitus Service) and purchased (Bauhof, Rocca al Mare Spordikeskus, Klick Eesti, etc.) a number of companies.
The day was lead and moderated Senior Parnet of Redgate Capital Mr. Aare Tammemäe who has a long-term experience in selling, purchasing and financing companies.
