Redgate Capital becomes a Public Limited Company (Äripäev, in Estonian)

The owners of the investment banking and asset management company Redgate Capital have turned the company into a public limited company with a share capital of 2.4 million EEK without changing the company’s name.

The restructured firm is to be entered into the commercial registry on 3 September.

The Redgate Capital consolidated group employed an average of 12 people in 2008-2009. The company has successfully completed nine advisory projects.

Managing directors are Mart Altvee, Veikko Maripuu ja Aare Tammemäe.
