Redgate Wealth is the investment management arm of Redgate Capital, where we help our clients’ investments grow. We create opportunities to enrich portfolios with various listed and non-listed assets as well as Baltic success stories.

As a team, we have been in the middle of the local capital market for decades, right in between the corporates and investors. We are privileged to have a constant insight into what the corporates want and need – and whether or not it is of interest to investors. Fast developments of the local investment culture encouraged us to become increasingly focused on investors and their needs. We are well-aware that at the time when local and global capital markets enable various investment strategies, a vast amount of those remains unreachable for the local investor. In early 2023, we launched a wealth management business line, assisting investors with trading and safekeeping of their assets. This is just a starting point, as we will be adding new services and opportunities. In order to strengthen our placement power in Latvia, we are looking for a

 

client relationship manager,

 

for our Riga office.

Responsibilities:
→ Provide information to investors on various investment opportunities
→ Active collaboration with pan-Baltic team in product selection and placement of financial instruments
→ Building brand awareness among investors in Latvia, relationship building with local investors: institutionals, family offices, funds, retail investors

Qualifications:
→ At least a three year experience in client management (preferably private banking, wealth management, investment funds, insurance)
→ Knowledge of financial products and investment principles
→ At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, management, marketing or related field
→ Financial sector background is a plus!
→ Computer skills: MS Office
→ Good communication and sales skills
→ Good oral and written English and Latvian
