ELSA Estonia is organising its 7th international seminar. The seminar will focus on M&A transactions between private equity firms and it is taking place in Tallinn from the 24th until the 28th of April, 2013.
One of the speakers is Mr Aare Tammemäe, Senior Partner at Redgate Capital.
Participants of this seminar are law students from universities of Estonia and across Europe.
