Yesterday it became clear from the competitiveness ranking table that Estonia’s weakest link are flight connections with other countries. In comparison to other world countries, Estonia is almost last on the competitiveness table to in this respect.
According to Senior Partner at Redgate Capital, Aare Tammemäe, the quality of flight connections directly affects the business relationships. „To my opinion, Estonian situation is disappointing“. This is also a problem for potential foreign investors, who may choose not to visit Tallinn because of the poor flight connections“ says Tammemäe.
However, Tammemäe states that each table in this survey contains different weakest links and flight connection is not the only critical topic.
