Our long-term colleague and partner Kristjan Petjärv has decided to accept new challenges outside of Redgate Capital. We thank Kristjan for his efforts throughout past six years and wish him all the best in his new endeavours.
Our capital markets team will be led on a day-to-day basis by Sander Klaos, who has long-term experience in financial services sector and has proven himself as a strong and capable capital markets project manager. Our 20+ member team will continue with our current capital raising, M&A and real-estate transaction advisory services in all three Baltic countries and will continuously support our clients in execution of the new projects.
