Redgate held a joint seminar with ELLEX Valiunas in Lithuania on the 12th of September 2019. The main topic presented by Redgate Capital’s partner Aare Tammemäe and our Lithuanian manager of client relations Dinas Petrikas was „Is alternative financing available for SME’s in the Baltics?“. Aare and Dinas focused on the capital market’s possibilities to raise debt and equity for Baltic companies. ELLEX Valiunas partner Giedrius Stasevicius and associate partner Jolanta Liukaityte-Stoniene discussed the legal side of the various capital markets instruments.
