Redgate Capital (Tallinn Residences Poska OÜ) in cooperation with Ober-House has started a public sale of apartment building at Poska 13 in Tallinn (completion in summer of 2012).
The new and exclusive building is located on the corner of Poska and Vesivärava street in one of the most prestigeous areas of the city called Kadriorg and was designed by architects Allan Strus and Kristi Järvik. The house is located in the historic, well-established environment, characterized by cafes, Kadrioru Park, presidential palace, as well as shops and schools that are within the walking distance.
The Poska apartement building is built of stone and covered by a vertical two-color timber boarding to integrate it into the historic environment. White wooden windows, high ceilings, underfloor heating, building’s own gas boiler, automatic gate opening system, a heat recovery ventilation system in each apartement and large grass courtyard are just a few examples to illustrate this exclusive new building.
The high base, three-storey apartment building has a total of 11 apartments. There are only 4 two to three-bedroom apartments still left, with a basement storage room and parking in the yard as additional benefits.
