Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns and Redgate Capital held a joint capital raising and tax seminar in Riga on November 14th. The seminar was targeted to potential bond and equity issuers and was attended by nearly 30 local entrepreneurs. Aare Tammemäe and Janis Dubrovski from Redgate Capital gave a presentation about Baltic Capital market.
