Three New Partners at Redgate Capital

Redgate Capital senior partners Aare Tammemäe and Mart Altvee have invited the company’s long-time employees – Valeria Stulova, Andrei Zaborski and Mairo Kaseväli – to become a new partners in Redgate. All new partners have extensive experience in M&A and capital raising (equity, debt) and asset management fields. The new partners will strengthen Redgate Capital’s professional team and contribute strongly to the company’s overall leadership. We welcome them onboard!

Please meet our new partners:

Andrei Zaborskil has more than 20 years of extensive experience in asset management field. He has previously worked for eight years as a fund manager in SEB Varahaldus, specializing in debt instruments, and Evli Securities Asset Management as chief investment officer before joining Redgate Capital in 2008. Andrei holds a BA degree in International Business from the University of Concordia, an MBA degree in International Business from Estonian Business School and is currently obtaining BA in Forestry from Estonian University of Life Sciences. Andrei’s main focus in Redgate Capital is consulting clients on capital raising projects.

Mairo Kaseväli has 13 years of experience in the financial field. He previously worked for 5 years as an analyst and portfolio manager in Suprema Securities (Evli Securities) and in SEB bank. Mairo has a BA degree in Economics from the University of Tartu and is currently obtaining an MBA degree from Tallinn University of Technology. Mairo has been involved in the largest and most challenging projects in Redgate Capital.

Valeria Stulova has more than 10 years of experience in the field of investment banking. Before joining Redgate, Valeria worked as an analyst and project manager for the Baltic investment company United Partners, and as an analyst at Evli Securities. Valeria holds a BSc degree from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, an MA degree from the Tallinn University of Technology and is currently studying towards a PhD in business administration at the Tallinn University of Technology. Valeria’s main focus in Redgate is mergers and acquisition.
