In our next client story Robert Laud, CEO of real estate development company Endover, introduces development project Vega which was successfully financed with bond issue. With Redgate Capital as financial adviser, company raised 6,5 million euros from capital markets and completed the building without bank loan. As of today, majority of the apartments are sold and bonds redeemed.
