Kus on Eesti ettev\u00f5tete ambitsioon?<\/a><\/p>\n

Levinud rahvatarkus \u00fctleb, et laiskus on maailmas edasiviiv j\u00f5ud. Laiskus sunnib otsima lahendusi, mis v\u00f5imaldavad paremat ja mugavamat \u00e4raelamist. Kas oleme rahul oma eluga? Kas oleme rahul keskkonnaga, kus me ettev\u00f5tjatena t\u00e4na tegutseme? Majandusbuumi aegsed kahekohalised majanduskasvunumbrid j\u00e4\u00e4vad meie jaoks kaugesse tulevikku. Eesti riigil pole hoobasid, et m\u00f5jutada maailmamajanduse kulgu ning v\u00e4lisn\u00f5udlust. K\u00fcll on aga meie k\u00e4tes v\u00f5im muuta iseenda k\u00e4itumist. Eelk\u00f5ige m\u00f5tlemist. Alustada tuleks ambitsioonist ehk eesm\u00e4rgist, mis tundub esialgu v\u00f5imatuna.<\/p>\n

Iga suur saavutus on unistamise (ja raske t\u00f6\u00f6 ja veidi \u00f5nne) tulemus. Aga k\u00f5ik asjad algavad siiski unistusest, m\u00f5tlemisest, ambitsioonist.<\/p>\n

Kui \u00fcritada saada oma valdkonnas esimeseks v\u00f5i n\u00e4iteks Baltikumi suurimaks ja efektiivsemaks ettev\u00f5tteks, siis v\u00f5ib see isegi \u00f5nnestuda. Kui \u00fcritad lihtsalt ellu j\u00e4\u00e4da, sest me ei tea kaua kestab veel majanduslangus, siis peab sul k\u00f5vasti vedama, et esimeseks saada.<\/p>\n

Julge m\u00f5tlemine ja ambitsioonikad eesm\u00e4rgid aitavad tekitada positiivset energiat ja entusiasmi, mis kandub edasi ka teistele sinu \u00fcmber. Meenutame kasv\u00f5i\u00a0 Eesti iseseisvuse saavutamist, seda positiivset tunnet ja \u00fcksteisem\u00f5istmist.<\/p>\n

Kus on need ambitsioonikad ettev\u00f5tjad, kes meie majanduse masu ajal t\u00f5usule viivad? Kas loodame teiste peale v\u00f5i v\u00f5tame ka ise midagi ette?<\/p>\n

Mul on hea meel, et julgete m\u00f5tetega\u00a0 ettev\u00f5tted pole kuskile kadunud. Toon kaks n\u00e4idet Eesti ettev\u00f5tjast. Esimene vahendab Euroopast infrastruktuuri rajamisega seotuid seadmeid ja toodavad neid ka ise. Ettev\u00f5tte jaoks oli 2009. aasta \u00e4\u00e4rmiselt raske, omanik on sunnitud ettev\u00f5tet omast taskust finantseerima, et anda aega ettev\u00f5ttel kohaneda uue majandusolukorraga. Samal ajal v\u00f5ttis omanik eesm\u00e4rgiks l\u00e4bi partnerluste ja v\u00e4iksemate \u00fclev\u00f5tmistega saavutada turuosa kasv Soomes ja Leedus, kus v\u00f5iks konkurentsiv\u00f5imeliselt oma toodangut komplekteerida ja m\u00fc\u00fca. Kuigi ettev\u00f5ttel puudub t\u00e4na v\u00f5imekus, et \u00fclev\u00f5tmist ise finantseerida, siis kaardistab ta enda jaoks parimad v\u00f5imalused, kasutades \u00e4ra naaberturgude madalaseisu. Finantseerijad, kelleks on t\u00fc\u00fcpilised omakapitali investorid \u2013 fondid ja rikkad eraisikud, v\u00f5ivad selliste ideedega kaasa tulla, sest hindavad ja toetavad julgete m\u00f5tetega edumeelseid ettev\u00f5tjaid. Lihtsam on kaasata 1 mijon eurot kui 100 000 eurot. See plaan v\u00f5ib \u00f5nnestuda!<\/p>\n

Teine n\u00e4ide on paarist Eestis tegutsevast ettev\u00f5ttest materjalit\u00f6\u00f6stuse valdkonnas, kes hiljaaegu otsustasid seljad kokku panna, et omandada endast suurem ettev\u00f5te. Eesm\u00e4rgiks on p\u00e4\u00e4seda uutele v\u00e4listurgudele, kuhu neil endil oleks ligip\u00e4\u00e4s \u00fclimalt keeruline.\u00a0 Ka majandust\u00f5usu ajal oleks endast suurema konkurendi \u00fclev\u00f5tmine v\u00e4ga julge samm, r\u00e4\u00e4kimata praegusest masu ajast. Vaadates nende Eesti ettev\u00f5tete ajalugu, ei kahtle ma nende plaani edukuses. Kuigi 2009. aasta sissetulekud on v\u00e4henenud, siis vastupidiselt paljudele teistele ettev\u00f5tetele, on nad suutnud hoida kasumlikkuse taset t\u00e4nu efektiivsemale majandamisele. Neid eristab teistest ettev\u00f5tetest selge fookus p\u00f5hitegevusele ning liigsete riskide v\u00e4ltimine muudes valdkondades.
\nAIESEC\u2019i (\u00fcli\u00f5pilaste organisatsioon, kust ma kunagi alustasin oma karj\u00e4\u00e4ri) alumni Peep Laja on kirjutanud oma blogis, et inimesed muretsevad \u201ckuidas\u201d nad midagi tehtud saavad. Muretseda v\u00f5iks esmalt \u201cmida\u201d \u00fcle. Tuleb leida v\u00f5itluskaaslased, partnerid ja toetajad, kel silmad \u201emida\u201c peale s\u00e4rama l\u00e4hevad\u00a0 ning alles siis v\u00f5ib keskenduda \u201ckuidas\u201d peale. Kui on piisavalt professionaalseid ja entusiastlikke inimesi enda \u00fcmber, tulevad lahendused palju lihtsamini.<\/p>\n
